2.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phgold customer support immediately.
2.3 phgold will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phgold that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
2.4 You agree to keep your account information current and accurate. Changes to your personal details must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
2.5 phgold accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

9.2 phgold's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phgold account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 phgold does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9.4 phgold is not responsible for any losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.
10.1 You may close your phgold account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
10.2 phgold reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
10.3 Upon termination of your account by phgold for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and phgold's internal policies.
10.4 Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phgold's customer support team for informal resolution. phgold will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
11.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent phgold from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
12.1 phgold reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phgold will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the phgold platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
